I think Open House was swell. Before I got there I had to get the coffee from Starbucks. I had to carry the coffee in its carrier for my mom and it was broken so it spilled when I put it in the cafeteria. Everyone who passed through the eighth grade seemed to love the presentation given by Krishna, Erin, Brandon, David, and I. We talked about the Hokulea and the Ulysses project along with some other assignments. All in all I think the Open House was a success.

My May Day interview was very scary. I thought it would be very different. The judges were people I didn't know for the most part. One judge was a person from the church, one was Officer Denis, I think captain Timmy was a judge, Father Joseph was another, and the last judge was someone I had never seen. I thought my interview was good, but I know the people who normally get Kahili bearer are not the best students or don't try. So I now don't know if I did good or bad on the interview. I think the judges should have a rubric so I could see how I did.
Have you ever been to Whale Tails? I just had my first time being at Whale Tails and it was great. The class of 2014 sung at Whale Tails and and had a great time. I stayed for Marty Wolf's presentation I really enjoyed. He is great at photographing the whales.
What is Jazz? Well, the Sacred Hearts Middle School does after Halie Loren taught them. She showed them that any song could be transformed into jazz as well as her life in Alaska. I was not present at the show but I heard it was amazing. James Caputo told me he liked it and would go again. I know my math teacher Mr.Mason likes jazz and really liked All That Jazz.
Today my classmates and the seventh graders went to Kamehameha Schools. They talked about our blogs, the Hokulea, and the revolution in education. We hope the fourth graders of Kamehameha Schools will also revolutionize education and go out and help our world.
Today we did something huge at Sacred Hearts School. We set up the Aquaponics system after a long wait. First we had to get the green, scorpion, centipede, leafy, mosquito infested water out of the tanks. After that we removed them and put them in the right place. We are going to get Tilapia from above Davie's house. I am very excited about the whole thing coming together and working.
Sacred Hearts School now has a garden that is growing all organic food. Soon we will have an aquaponics system as soon as the bazaar is over. We have two gardens the first one contains three beds with a lot of flourishing plants. We have a lot of tomatoes that we can harvest soon along with lettuce and basil. The second garden we are still getting off the ground but when it is finished will be really cool. When both the gardens are finished they will produce a lot of great produce.
Green giants sharing with small organisms. I see taking what they need to survive and no more and no less. I see sustainability.
Our visit by Mr. Brown was great. We heard a lot of great stories about love. We also learned another story about Corrie and The Hiding Place. We understood the story of a mean German officer who beat Corrie in the prison and then asked for her forgiveness after he converted to being a Christian. She didn't think she could forgive him so she asked God to forgive him through her. She was filled with the Holy Spirt and was able to forgive him. Mr.Brown also shared some other stories about his friendship with Billy Graham, how the movie was canceled, and then he raised enough money to pay for the movie and make it. After he was done sharing we showed our appriciation by giving him a warm round of appluase.
For Mr.Enriquez's birthday we went to O'o farms on the 22 till the 23 of November. We went straight after school. When I got up to the farm the boys in my class were all ready there. I swung on the swing for a while until the girls came and then I went up to David and hung out with him most of the time up there. We relaxed a lot more this time. Last time we played a lot of games this time we sat around and talked. We made pizzas once it got dark and that was super fun like always.
