St. Anthony's 6th graders came to our school yesterday to learn about our new curriculum and how we are revolutionizing education. It was really interesting to see how they learned and how the things we do and see every day were completely new territory for them. I noticed that the 6th graders had a lot of fun and were eager to learn. We set up Nainoa's star compass in the middle of the courtyard and gave them a few examples of wind direction and Hokule'a's intended course. The last thing we did was make peace flags. I loved the creativity the students showed and I learned from them about their attitude and determination about school. Overall, it was a really fun day and I'm glad they came! Thank you, St. Anthony :)
