I am sad to say that we are nearing the end of our 8th grade sailing program. I have enjoyed learning the basics and then using what I learn to race against my pears. I hope to be able to go back and sail this summer. Aside from the sailing, I will miss the lunches. My favorite lunch was probably the cheeseburger. The funniest part of last week was that Mr. Mason, our science teacher, capsized with no wind in a hard-to-flip boat called a Sabot. Then my fellow classmate, James Caputo, said, "Bernoulli's Principle!" since we had learned about that recently, and that is that force that drives a sailboat. It was a fun trip to the yacht club. I can't wait until next week!

AuthorI'm J.P. I like to go outside, but I also like to play video games. I love music, it keeps me happy, gets me excited, and calms me down, all at once. Archives
